A Healthy Weight Screening/Consultation with Dr. Shah and Blood test (billed thru insurance), a review of your medical history, screening report, and profile questionnaire assists and guides in developing your individual program. An in office consultation to get to know you, your goals and challenges is the next step. This evaluation provides you with multiple, personalized metrics, including risk factors, associated with your weight. You receive an individualized report to review your metrics and projected weight loss on each of the available plans offered.

MESOTHERAPY
